Overview Edit

In June 2004, the House Appropriations Committee made reference to a Unified National Database of Critical Infrastructure, described as a master database of all existing critical infrastructures in the country.[1] The comparable Senate Appropriations Committee report (S. Rep. 108-280) made reference to a National Asset Database. The budget request for FY2005 mentions the development of a primary database of the nation's critical infrastructure, but gave it no name.
