The UNC Center for Media Law and Policy is an interdisciplinary center at the University of North Carolina that provides an open forum for the discussion of media law and policy issues. Particular attention is paid to the law and policy-making challenges posed by new communication technologies and to what role the media do and should play in our democratic government and free-enterprise economy.
