Overview Edit

The U.S. Census Bureau maintains the Topologically Integrated Geographic Encoding and Referencing (TIGER) database to support its mission to conduct the decennial census and other censuses and surveys by spatially locating all habitations within the United States and reporting the resulting census estimates and counts. This system contains spatial geographical information that associates MAF address data with TIGER geography data on the Bureau's maps.

Census provides the spatial information (not individual addresses) in this publicly accessible database through its website.
