Telecommunications is

Telecommunications is

any transfer of signs, signals, writing images, sounds, data or intelligence of any nature transmitted in whole or in part by a wire, radio, electromagnetic, photoelectric or photo optical system.[3]

Telecommunications Act of 1996 Edit

Telecommunications is:

the transmission, between or among points specified by the user, of information of the user's choosing, without change in the form or content of the information as sent and received.[4]
