Overview Edit

Europol's Secure Information Exchange Network Application (SIENA) allows Member States to exchange information in a swift, secure and user-friendly way with each other, with Europol, or with third parties that have a cooperation agreement with Europol. However, it does not work effectively for non-EU nationals convicted in the EU.[1]
