Definition Edit

Reduced resource costs (RRC, pronounced “Rooks”), also known as a "reduced resource credit" is an adjustment to a service contract based on the decreased volume of services performed by the vendor.

Overview Edit

A RRC is applied to reduce the base charge for each unit that is used below the volume baseline. If volume usage is greater than the volume baseline then one or more additional resource charges will apply.
