The Program Manager (PM)

will build upon current information sharing efforts across the U.S. Government and facilitate change toward tomorrow’s ISE, engaging the ISC in the implementation process through continuous communication, interaction and inclusion in decision-making processes. The PM [] act[s] as the catalyst to improve terrorism information sharing among ISE communities by working with them to remove barriers and facilitate change to improve information access.[1]
[is t]he key management official who represents the program office in formulating resource requirements and managing presolicitation activities. In some organizations the program manager or another management official is designated as the acquisition manager for a specific acquisition.[2]
