The Program Management Office (PMO) refers to the

[s]taff supporting the Program Manager. The PM’s Office is supported by an experienced staff from across the U.S. Government. Supporting personnel include several advisors with expertise in specific information sharing issues, e.g., State and Local information sharing and technology standards.[1]
