The DHS Privacy Office's Privacy Oversight Team

is dedicated to implementing accountability and continuous improvement of DHS privacy processes and programs. Its responsibilities include conducting Privacy Compliance Reviews (PCR) and investigations, managing the Department's privacy incident response efforts, and overseeing the Department's handling of privacy complaints.[1]
