Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has deployed a Privacy Act Disclosure Tool via its intranet website that guides employees through a question-and-answer process to help them determine if the Privacy Act authorizes disclosure of a particular record about an individual to a recipient outside of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
