Personal computing devices include

desktop and laptop computers, gaming consoles, and other systems that have greatly increased in storage capacity and, because of their connection to the Internet, can transmit data to others (e.g., cloud storage providers, gaming networks), potentially 'leak' data if they are hacked, or host others' data (whether consensually through peer-to-peer sharing models or nonconsensually as a result of hacking).[1]
