Overview[]
This Memorandum revises and replaces OMB Memorandum M-97-13, "Computer Difficulties Due to the Year 2000 -- Progress Reports" (May 7, 1997), which asked selected agencies to provide quarterly reports on progress in addressing the difficulties relating to the Year 2000 problem. This Memorandum adds new reporting requirements, establishes new Government-wide target dates, and makes other clarifying changes.
