Overview Edit

The purpose of this paper was to describe how the principles presented in previous OECD Guidelines^[1] could be elaborated to strengthen and develop effective member country strategies to combat online ID theft. It explores, in particular, how education and awareness of stakeholders could be enhanced to prevent such theft.
