Overview

The Norwegian Research Center for Computers and Law (NRCCL) is the second oldest academic institution in the world working specifically on the interrelationship of law and information and communication technology.

From the very beginning, the NRCCL has been best internationally oriented. The institute is — and has been — a partner in numerous international projects. Today, the NRCCL is one of the leading institutions internationally in the field of information and communication technology law. With an academic staff of approximately fifteen full-time professors and the researchers, the NRCCL has expertise in all major areas of information and communication technology law.
