The Networked Readiness Index (NRI) "measur[es] the degree to which economies across the world leverage ICT for enhanced competitiveness."[1] It

is composed of a mixture of quantitative data collected by international organizations — such as the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the United Nations, and the World Bank — and survey data from the Executive Opinion Survey conducted annually by the World Economic Forum in each of the economies covered by The WEC's Global Information Technology Report.[2]
