Definition Edit

Net-centricity is

a robust, globally interconnected network environment (including infrastructure, systems, processes, and people) in which data is shared timely and seamlessly among users, applications, and platforms. Net-centricity enables substantially improved military situational awareness and significantly shortened decision making cycles. Net-centric capabilities enable network-centric operations and NCW.[1]
