Overview Edit

In negotiated contracts, terms can be tailored to address a user's requirements for tracking and reporting service effectiveness, prescribe technical controls such as incident detection and handling, require compliance with laws and regulations and the use of validated products meeting national or international standards, and include data ownership rights.
