Overview Edit

The NSG is the technology, policies, capabilities, doctrine, activities, people, and community needed to produce geospatial intelligence in an integrated multi-intelligence environment. The Director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) serves as the functional manager for GEOINT and the NSG, which includes the processes for tasking imagery and geospatial information collection, processing raw data, exploiting geospatial information and IMINT, analyzing, and disseminating information and GEOINT to consumers.
