The National Public Safety Telecommunications Council (NPSTC) is a federation of organizations whose mission is to improve public safety communications and interoperability through collaborative leadership. The NPSTC is composed of State and local public safety representatives. In addition, Federal, Canadian, and other emergency communications partner organizations serve as liaisons to the NPSTC.
