The National Internet Development Agency of Korea (NIDA) has been driving the development of the Internet and national economy to help South Korea become a major power in Northeast Asia. Further, it has strived to fulfill its responsibilities as Korea's representative Internet authority by consolidating a stable framework for Internet address resource management and leading the development of Next Generation Internet (NGI) based on the nation's world-class, high-speed network infrastructure.
