The National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA) is a national trade association that represents local government jurisdictions and consortiums, including elected and appointed officials and staff, who oversee communications and cable television franchising. The mission of NATOA is to support and serve the communications interests and needs of local governments. It is made up of individuals and organizations responsible for — or advising those responsible for — communications policies and services in local governments throughout the country.
