The National Association of Public Health Statistics and Information Systems (NAPHSIS) is a national association of state vital records and public health statistics offices which is based in the Washington, D.C. area. The association was formed in 1933 to provide a forum for the study, discussion, and solution of problems related to these programs in the respective members' health departments.
