Overview Edit

The NTIS Advisory Board was established by law (15 U.S.C. § 704b(c)) in 1988 to review the general policies and operations of the NTIS, including policies related to fees and charges for its products and services. Board members can include individuals who are both internal and external to the Department of Commerce.[1]
