U.S. government Edit

Most favored customers are customers or categories of customers that receive the best prices or discounts from vendors for similar purchases.[1] The GSA recognizes that the pursuit of most favored customer pricing is consistent with the objective of negotiating a fair and reasonable price.[2] The GSA regulations permit awards at prices greater than the most favored customer price so long as the award is in the best interest of the government and the price is fair and reasonable.[3]
