The Mobile Security Reference Architecture is

a deliverable of the Digital Government Strategy (DGS). The MSRA has been released by the Federal CIO Council and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to assist Federal Departments and Agencies (D/As) in the secure implementation of mobile solutions through their enterprise architectures. The MSRA is a flexible architecture designed to be adapted to fit the needs of any Department or Agency.[1]
