The Mobile Government Consortium International (mGCI) is a non-profit organisation establishing the field of mobile government practice during early 2000s and leading the international practice since then via various projects and international conferences. mGCI primarily work with governments and offers advisory services, project and program management and training at various levels including government officials and citizens. It also organizes international conferences on mobile government and mobile development.
