Mean time to repair (MTTR) is

[t]he estimated length of time needed to bring a system back up and make it fully operational following a system failure.[1]
[a] measure of reliability of a piece of repairable equipment, giving the average time between repairs.[2]
[t]he total amount of time spent performing all corrective maintenance repairs divided by the total number of those repairs.[3]
