Overview Edit

The Joint Security and Suitability Reform Team is an

[i]nteragency body supported by OPM to examine the processes and technologies that support security clearance, investigation, and suitability determination activities and provide recommendations for improvement to meet the goals of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (IRTPA).[1]

It published the Security and Suitability Process Reform, Initial Report, dated April 30, 2008[2] and the Federal Investigative Standards.[3]
