The Joint Intelligence Acquisition Board (JIAB) describes

the National Intelligence Acquisition Board (NIAB) whenever the acquisition is a joint program. The Director of National Intelligence chairs the JIAB and the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (USD(AT&L)) co-chairs the JIAB for National Intelligence Programs (NIPs) executed within DoD.[1]
