Definition Edit

An intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance plan (ISR plan) is

[a]n integrated plan for collection of information from all available sources that is driven by the commander's critical information requirements. The plan tasks ISR assets to collect critical information within a required timeline. The plan is revised and updated as the commander's information requirements change.[1]
