The Initiative on Smart Energy and Network Technologies (INSENT) is a collaboration between the Communications & Society Program and the Energy & Environment Program of the Aspen Institute. The Initiative embraces the information, communication and technology revolution to encourage a new vision for the U.S.'s energy sector.
