The Information Technology Procurement Plan (ITPP) is a stand-alone planning document that outlines and memorializes all the various acquisitions that will comprise an IT Project. It is required by the California Department of General Services (DGS) and is the document that provides information needed to assess a project's readiness for procurement. The ITPP describes the overall strategy necessary to accomplish and manage the acquisition by documenting the proposed approach and how the acquisition satisfies State requirements.
