Definition Edit

An ISE-Suspicious Activity Report (ISE-SAR) is

a SAR . . . that has been determined, pursuant to a two-part process, to have a potential terrorism nexus (i.e., to be reasonably indicative of criminal activity associated with terrorism). ISE-SAR business, privacy, and civil liberties rules will serve as a unified process to support the reporting, tracking, processing, storage, and retrieval of terrorism-related suspicious activity reports across the ISE.[1]
