The OAS Group of Governmental Experts on Cyber-Crime was asked to complete an analysis of criminal activity that targets computers and information or uses computers as a means of committing a criminal offense; complete an analysis of national legislation, policies and practices regarding such activities; identifying national and international entities with relevant expertise; and identifying methods of cooperation within the Inter-American system to combat cybercrime.
