The Hungarian Governmental Customer Contact Centre was established to improve customer service. It is able to handle inquiries made by phone, fax, e-mail and through the Internet. The Centre is staffed with knowledgeable and experienced administration officials, making it easier for the public to find their way through administrative procedures. The main objective of the Centre is the proper and thorough provisions of information to citizens and businesses for the sake of effective and quick dealings with public administrations in collaboration with the E-Governmental Portal and the Client Gate.
