Overview Edit

The Global ePolicy Resource Network (ePol-NET) is an initiative of the Group of Eight Digital Opportunities Task Force. It was officially launched under the auspices of the United Nations ICT Task Force during the World Summit on the Information Society in Geneva, Switzeerland in December 2003.

The network provides ICT policymakers in developing countries with the depth and quality of information and resources needed to develop effective national e-policies and focused ICT e-strategies that can serve as enablers for social and economic development.
