Overview Edit

The European Public-Private Partnership for Resilience was launched via COM(2009) 149[1]. This platform initiated work and fostered the cooperation between the public and the private sector on the identification of key assets, resources, functions and baseline requirements for resilience as well as cooperation needs and mechanisms to respond to large-scale disruptions affecting electronic communications.
