The European External Action Service (EEAS) assists the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy who chairs the Foreign Affairs Council and conducts the common foreign and security policy, also ensuring the consistency and co-ordination of the EU's external action. EEAS is involved in international aspects related to cyber security and cybercrime.
