Privacy Edit

Enforcement is

[a] privacy principle that provides mechanisms for assuring compliance with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development's (OECD) Fair Information Principles (FIPs), recourse for individuals affected by noncompliance, and consequences for noncompliant organizations. Methods for enforcement include a review by independent third parties.[1]
