The Electronic Directory Services – People & Organizations (EDS-PO) is

[a] set of registries that share a common, trusted and up-to-date view of people and organization information, which includes identification of necessary attributes, desired attributes and standardized metadata on people and organizations, to assist in locating in the Federal Government people with relevant knowledge about intelligence and terrorism information.[1]
