The Electronic Commerce and Consumer Protection Group is a coalition formed by America Online, AT&T, Dell Computer Corp., IBM, Microsoft, Network Solutions, Time Warner and Visa U.S.A. to promote consumer protection by creating industry best practices and a predictable dispute resolution framework.
