Preprinted, paper-based EULAs are called shrinkwrap licenses. Preprinted, online EULAs which require the user to click on an "I ACCEPT" or similar box before accessing the software/website/service are called Clickwrap licenses. Preprinted, online EULAs which do not require the user to click on an "I ACCEPT" or similar box before accessing the software/website/service are called browsewrap licenses.
