eInclusion is a policy that

aim[s] at ensuring equal access to and the availability of ICT services for all, at an affordable cost.[1]

Overview Edit

"[T]his concept is linked to the development of an Information Society for all, i.e. one which ensures equal access to ICT and the same availability at an affordable cost. In particular, eInclusion involves putting in place systems which allow elderly people and people with disabilities easy access to Information Society services."[2]
