EINSTEIN sensors are

sensors [that] capture flow records that identify the Internet Protocol (IP) address and domain/host name information of the computer that connects to the federal system, the port the source uses to communicate, the time the communication occurred, the federal destination IP address, the protocol used to communicate, and the destination ports.[1]
