Berkman Center for Internet & Society, Don’t Panic: Making Progress on the ‘Going Dark’ Debate (Feb. 1, 2016) (full-text).

Overview Edit

For over two years the FBI and intelligence agencies have warned that encrypted communications are creating a "going dark" scenario that will prevent them from tracking terrorists and kidnappers.
