| “ | [a]ny document, writing, sketch, photograph, plan, model, specification, design prototype, or other recorded or oral information relating to any defense article, defense service, or major combatant vessel, but shall not include restricted data as defined by the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (AEA), as amended, and data removed from the restricted data category under section 142 of that Act.[1] | ” |
