The DHS Director, Privacy Technology

advises Departmental leaders on privacy-sensitive technology development, evaluates new technologies for privacy impact, enforces privacy policies on DHS websites and other citizen-facing communications, and serves as a liaison to the Chief Information Officer’s Office, the Directorate for Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection, and the Directorate of Science and Technology, in particular.[1]
