Overview[]

The DCC DIFFUSE Standards Registry

aims to provide a single point of access to a range of standards and specifications related to the curation and preservation of access to digital material. It provides up-to-date information about current and emerging standards and specifications, as well as information about those which have been superseded or which are no longer maintained, but may still be in use. DCC DIFFUSE builds on the achievements of the DIFFUSE Project which was originally funded under the European Commission's Information Society Technologies (IST) Programme and ran from February 1, 2000, until January 31, 2003.[1]
