Government contracting Edit

A cure notice

is issued by the government to inform the contractor that the government considers the contractor's failure a condition that is endangering performance of the contract. The cure notice specifies a period (typically 10 days) for the contractor to remedy the condition. If the condition is not corrected within this period, the cure notice states that the contractor may face the termination of its contract for default.[1]
