Culture means

the beliefs, customs, values, structure, normative rules, and material traits of a social organization. Culture is evident in many aspects of how an organization functions.[1]
encompasses the integrated elements that shape thinking and behavior of racial, ethnic, religious, or social groups. Cultural elements include geographic and economic influences, historical thoughts and experience, language, and current customs, beliefs, values, and institutions.[2]
